Medical Breakthrough Allows Computer To Be Controlled By Thought and Face
It is basically a medical breakthrough which will allow patients with serious brain injuries to make computer work for them.
The report, I believe can be a great breakthrough as it may be used by even normal people also. They may prefer to use this discovery for their purpose.
However, there was an interesting ending to this report. The website of Dr Paul Gnanayutham, who has made this discovery, is infected with malware. The site is suppose to give details of the finding. However, it is not accessible due to firewalls. It may injure the brain of your computer. In any case it will bring frown on your face.

I thank Obama. Democrats, I pray that every thing may end well but I really want to thank Obama.
When Yasin Malik of JKLF declared that it was history of Kashmir that India had nothing do with it no body took care. I being a history teacher was left aghast at the response of the whole nation towards a half baked knowledge of Yasin Malik. I prayed to Rani Didda and Varman Kings whom she placed to the throne of Kashmir before the birth of Islam. I prayed to Zain ud Abbadin, the Akbar of Kashmir who nurtured the Kashmiri Sufism. I prayed to Guru Teg Bhadur, who I believe the first Non-Violent real leader of India. I have regards for Gandhi ji also but, I can argue that I hold the sacrifice of Guru Teg Bhadur ji higher in the field of bringing peace through non-violent means.
But I believe, finally, it is going to Mr. 44$ who may goad India to stand up say, the problem is Pakistan and there can be no debate on Kashmir. If it is not done, then it is before every one to see that it is being attached to Afghanistan solution.
BTW, there was a report somewhere on this blog itself that the director of an intelligence wing of INdia did not treat the head of Afghanistan in a nice manner. He talked to him with tobaccoo in his mouth and the security advisor feels that the director of intelligence wing is discernble only when he speaks with tobacoo in his mouth.

Being a follower of Shiva, I personally feel that we Shaiva Followers should praise the Shulikas and Lingyatas, who preferred voilence when faced with opposition.

UP tells Rahul to cooperate, visits causing problem
Now it is quite clear and transparent. The UP government is quite sincere in its efforts and Rahul should learn. He is just a child even if he has been elected MP. It is not the fault of the administration if he is born into a family which is exposed to security risk. Who has given him the right to strain the resources of the United Province by his undesired, unscheduled and uncalled for but politically motivated halts in Scheduled Caste areas(I believe it is also called North Province, or UTTARa PARDESHa)? It is definitely not the fault of the police and the local civil administration. Secondly, the boy should behave like a responsible citizen. Does he not know that it is a security risk to move around like that in Hindu Belt. He should learn from the advices of the Sheila Dixit. She is totally against the women moving around in late night without any escort even if they are returning back from their duties. In the same coin, the scion of Gandhi family should also learn that he has to behave responsibly and not make unscheduled stops. And, being a bachelor and the only son of his family, he should learn that the risk is even more. He should learn about the Indian superstitions and ethos. He does not know all that and moving around without getting married. It leaves wrong message. What does he think? Do the people not know that he is doing only for political mileage. On that, his party worker is unnecessarily accusing the Would be Prime Minister, single party CM of UttarA PardheshA Su Kumari Mayawati ji for withdrawing the security. That is totally false and uncalled for act.
The administration is ready to provide him the right security. For that even Rahul should also behave responsibly. He has the human right to move around freely. The administration knows that. The Constitution of India assures him the dignity of life and freedom and that it why he can piss anywhere and get himself even photographed. He can enjoy tea from any house provided he may not behave like a Bishnoi Saand and maintain his limits while interacting with the ladies of the family where he is being offered tea. But, he must be responsible to his family background. Now that is not because of UP administration that he belongs to a family which is a high security risk family. Therefore, every time, he moves around, he should tell the Chief Secretary, Local DC, Local DIG, Local SSP and SHO of the area about all the stops which he plans to make. He should also tell them about the unplanned stops if he has planned to make. He must take such precautions. Even NSG should be sensitized about it. They are not given the right training. The local SHO can provide them the beat incharge name to them and they along with Rahul should remain in touch with them. Rahul must understand that he is a big security risk and the administration knows it.
Further, Centre must understand that it should not interfere in the State list activities. Providing security to the people of the state is the responsibility of the state and the UP government fully understands it. There are so many Hindu pilgrimage in UP. Every day, millions of Hindus enter UP. They belong to different social strata and have different security problem. There are no news about security lapses at all. It is only possible when the administration is doing its job nicely. One can just appreciate the dimensions of the task to which the UP administration attend to every day. Therefore, Rahul must understand that he has some responsibilities towards himself as well as towards the local administration. He should also quite his party workers as they are accusing unnecessarily. The administration is fully responsible and has fully explained to the Centre. The Centre should now feel satisfied. The next time, if Rahul moves around in UP, then, first he should tell the Chief Secretary, then DGP, IG of the Region, DIG of the District, SSP of the District or City, SP City, SP traffic, SHO of the local Thanna, and the local ASI or Hawaldar. He should be assured that every person is a responsible person and they will definitely provide him the security. Before that, he should also give the detailed itinerary to Chief Secretary, Commissioner of the Division, DC, Local Magistrate and Illaka Magistrate and also Tehsildar. He should also inform the CMO of the area, SMO, Head of the nearest hospital and the local dispensary. It is not a big deal as it can be easily done. When the Congress worker at every level is apprised of his visit then the courtesy demands that atleast the officers of the administration should also learn about his visit. He must realize that he is seeking protection. Therefore, this is the little bit which he has to do. He should be rest assured that his security will be well arranged.
In addition to that he must understand that bachelors should not move around so much. He should remain confined to limited places only. He could have visited Gorakhpur this time. After Diwali, he could have gone to Kanpur. After Kanpur, he could have planned to visit Deoriya. If he moves around so much, the it conveys wrong message. The Neighbours start asking that why this bachelor roaming around so much. He should be discerning and understand the sensibilities of the people. Or he should get married first. He can do that before the declaration of elections. In short, it is not good to roam around too much. Secondly, he has to run for election in Amethi only. Why is he doing round of other places and increasing the problems of the administration? Thirdly, he should have faith that CM Mayawati is just like a Bhua to her. Laluji, you must be discreet in using your statement against Mayawati.!!! Mayawati is going to be the next PM of India. It will not be surprising that at that time RJD may be giving support to her government at Centre.
Lalu ji, one thing is good that you are talking in favour of the right of freedom of Rahul Gandhi. However, it is bit ironical that a socialist who had followed Jaya Parkash finding examples of Raj Narain for supporting the Gandhi Scion who is actually pursuing the dynastic rule.
It will not be surprising that tomorrow if Mayawati becomes the PM of India and RJD gives support to her government and Rahul Gandhi stands in opposition opposing the infringement of rights.

Now what is expected from Raj Thackeray to say on such a revelation by Laluji? It will be worth watching and listening.
I hope that Ekta Kapoor has some liking for real politics. Her plots revolve around the family politics and therein the characters are made real mental cases. Now, I believe here is another seed of a plot for fight between Sasur of Bihar and Maharashtra. Sasur of Bihar will speak in Bhojpuri and Maratha will prout venom in Marathi.
Laluji must remember if he has railway aspirants behind him then it now airlines aspirants with Raj.
Where are star TV people. Where is India TV?I believe the editors are really going to have a Diwali season.
I was wondering if Lajuji was preturbed one distruption of recruitment activity of his ministry or troubled by the pains of Biharis.
On the whole, Raj, Lalu, Maya, Jaya and the flock are not doing any good to anyone of us.
I had been highly critical of Yasin Malik set of arguments for justifying the claim that Kashmir belongs to once community. However, I do not know why I find that Yasin Malik factor is spreading in newly acquired hues to the rest of India. Do these leaders understand that what they are doing by their truncated logic and unrestrained tounges.
There is expectation from leaders that they will behave in mature manner. But, everytime they are disappointing. The worst thing is that one does not know that when these leaders will become friends and start talking peace. Today, they are thirsting for blood and tomorrow they may be sharing water in the same glass after splitting the blood of common man.
In Punjab, it is general practice among the people who have learned to observe restrain that whenever, someone try to beat his chest out of proportion in name of high moral values and living and dying for a cause, they politly ask such an Alexander that was he doing it in the same manner when there was fear of terrorism in Punjab.
It is one thousand years of slavery which has clouded the mind to such an extent that the real import of freedom is not being felt. I am not racist but now I accept the argument of Southern scholars concering the slave mentality after the Civil War of America was over. The same argument is applicable to India also. The Indians still not have been able to understand how to use the freedom. They are using freedom to destroy the freedom.

Motive and Policies
First of all, let me inform you that funtoon as a term for url is not available with the blogspot. The funtoon was the term which I actually desired to use but I had to change it to funtoonist.
The term funtoon for me is derived from term cartoon. Cartoon is an art of conveying a news in an lampooning manner leaving more impact than the desired one. I will take the term cartoon at some other time and here I must elaborate more on the motive of this blog.
It is going to be a lampooning of the news. I may try to be bit adventurous. However, I will not go beyound a limit and try to save my skin from any controversy.
I am going to by highly cynical of most of the news items. I may talk as if I know better than others. I may criticize to a cheap level but maintaining or rather constraint to maintain the sense of civility being in service teacher at a college level will definitely a policy.
I will continue on the policy and motive aspect of this blog but let me present some practicle example by making a real post.

It is going to be a lampooning of the news. I may try to be bit adventurous. However, I will not go beyound a limit and try to save my skin from any controversy.
I am going to by highly cynical of most of the news items. I may talk as if I know better than others. I may criticize to a cheap level but maintaining or rather constraint to maintain the sense of civility being in service teacher at a college level will definitely a policy.
I will continue on the policy and motive aspect of this blog but let me present some practicle example by making a real post.
