UP tells Rahul to cooperate, visits causing problem
Now it is quite clear and transparent. The UP government is quite sincere in its efforts and Rahul should learn. He is just a child even if he has been elected MP. It is not the fault of the administration if he is born into a family which is exposed to security risk. Who has given him the right to strain the resources of the United Province by his undesired, unscheduled and uncalled for but politically motivated halts in Scheduled Caste areas(I believe it is also called North Province, or UTTARa PARDESHa)? It is definitely not the fault of the police and the local civil administration. Secondly, the boy should behave like a responsible citizen. Does he not know that it is a security risk to move around like that in Hindu Belt. He should learn from the advices of the Sheila Dixit. She is totally against the women moving around in late night without any escort even if they are returning back from their duties. In the same coin, the scion of Gandhi family should also learn that he has to behave responsibly and not make unscheduled stops. And, being a bachelor and the only son of his family, he should learn that the risk is even more. He should learn about the Indian superstitions and ethos. He does not know all that and moving around without getting married. It leaves wrong message. What does he think? Do the people not know that he is doing only for political mileage. On that, his party worker is unnecessarily accusing the Would be Prime Minister, single party CM of UttarA PardheshA Su Kumari Mayawati ji for withdrawing the security. That is totally false and uncalled for act.
The administration is ready to provide him the right security. For that even Rahul should also behave responsibly. He has the human right to move around freely. The administration knows that. The Constitution of India assures him the dignity of life and freedom and that it why he can piss anywhere and get himself even photographed. He can enjoy tea from any house provided he may not behave like a Bishnoi Saand and maintain his limits while interacting with the ladies of the family where he is being offered tea. But, he must be responsible to his family background. Now that is not because of UP administration that he belongs to a family which is a high security risk family. Therefore, every time, he moves around, he should tell the Chief Secretary, Local DC, Local DIG, Local SSP and SHO of the area about all the stops which he plans to make. He should also tell them about the unplanned stops if he has planned to make. He must take such precautions. Even NSG should be sensitized about it. They are not given the right training. The local SHO can provide them the beat incharge name to them and they along with Rahul should remain in touch with them. Rahul must understand that he is a big security risk and the administration knows it.
Further, Centre must understand that it should not interfere in the State list activities. Providing security to the people of the state is the responsibility of the state and the UP government fully understands it. There are so many Hindu pilgrimage in UP. Every day, millions of Hindus enter UP. They belong to different social strata and have different security problem. There are no news about security lapses at all. It is only possible when the administration is doing its job nicely. One can just appreciate the dimensions of the task to which the UP administration attend to every day. Therefore, Rahul must understand that he has some responsibilities towards himself as well as towards the local administration. He should also quite his party workers as they are accusing unnecessarily. The administration is fully responsible and has fully explained to the Centre. The Centre should now feel satisfied. The next time, if Rahul moves around in UP, then, first he should tell the Chief Secretary, then DGP, IG of the Region, DIG of the District, SSP of the District or City, SP City, SP traffic, SHO of the local Thanna, and the local ASI or Hawaldar. He should be assured that every person is a responsible person and they will definitely provide him the security. Before that, he should also give the detailed itinerary to Chief Secretary, Commissioner of the Division, DC, Local Magistrate and Illaka Magistrate and also Tehsildar. He should also inform the CMO of the area, SMO, Head of the nearest hospital and the local dispensary. It is not a big deal as it can be easily done. When the Congress worker at every level is apprised of his visit then the courtesy demands that atleast the officers of the administration should also learn about his visit. He must realize that he is seeking protection. Therefore, this is the little bit which he has to do. He should be rest assured that his security will be well arranged.
In addition to that he must understand that bachelors should not move around so much. He should remain confined to limited places only. He could have visited Gorakhpur this time. After Diwali, he could have gone to Kanpur. After Kanpur, he could have planned to visit Deoriya. If he moves around so much, the it conveys wrong message. The Neighbours start asking that why this bachelor roaming around so much. He should be discerning and understand the sensibilities of the people. Or he should get married first. He can do that before the declaration of elections. In short, it is not good to roam around too much. Secondly, he has to run for election in Amethi only.
